Terms and Conditions for Passportmonie

1. Definitions in this Agreement
   • "You" and "your" specifically refer to any individual or entity that registers for and utilizes the services offered by Passportmonie.
   • "Passportmonie", "we", "us", and "our" collectively refer to Passportmonie, the service provider facilitating currency swaps.
   • "Beneficiary" is defined as the individual or entity designated to receive the benefit of a currency swap transaction initiated by you.
2. Using the Service
   • Passportmonie's service is available exclusively for executing currency swaps in territories where Passportmonie actively operates. The list of eligible countries may be updated from time to time based on Passportmonie's expansion or restriction in service areas.
   • Our service facilitates direct currency swaps between you and your Beneficiary. We do not operate as an escrow service, nor do we hold funds on your behalf.
   • We strive to ensure the Service is available round the clock. However, unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to technical issues, legal restrictions, or force majeure events, may affect service availability.
3. Fees and Payments
   • All fees associated with conducting a currency swap, including any applicable service charges and exchange rates, will be transparently communicated before you confirm each transaction.
   • By initiating a currency swap, you grant Passportmonie the authorization to process the transaction amount and any related fees from your designated payment method.
4. User Responsibilities
   • It is imperative that all information provided for transactions is accurate and current. This includes, but is not limited to, Beneficiary details and transaction amounts.
   • You bear full responsibility for any errors in the information provided and the consequences that may arise from such inaccuracies.
5. Transaction Execution
   • Once initiated, currency swap transactions are typically processed immediately and, as such, may not be subject to alteration, cancellation, or reversal.
6. Beneficiary Payment
   • Passportmonie, in collaboration with its service providers, will facilitate the delivery of funds to the Beneficiary in various forms which may include, but are not limited to, bank transfers, mobile wallet credits, or other digital payment methods.
   • It is important to note that Beneficiaries might incur additional transaction fees or service charges imposed by their respective banks or financial institutions.
7. Foreign Exchange
   • Currency swaps are conducted based on the prevailing exchange rates offered by Passportmonie, which are subject to change based on market conditions.
8. Permissible Transactions
   • The Service is intended for legitimate financial transactions only. It is your responsibility to ensure that all transactions comply with local and international laws and regulations.
   • Transactions that are deemed illegal, suspicious, or in violation of anti-money laundering, anti-terrorism, or similar regulations will be strictly prohibited.
9. Rejection of Transactions
   • Passportmonie reserves the unilateral right to reject any transaction for reasons including, but not limited to, non-compliance with legal standards, exceeding transaction limits, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.
10. Liability Limitations
    • Passportmonie disclaims liability for transaction errors or failures that arise due to external factors beyond its reasonable control. These include, but are not limited to, technical malfunctions, power failures, governmental actions, or natural disasters.
11. Error Resolution
    • If you encounter any issues with a transaction, you are encouraged to contact Passportmonie immediately. We will endeavor to resolve errors promptly and effectively, in accordance with our established procedures.
12. Indemnification
    • You agree to indemnify and hold Passportmonie harmless from any claims or damages arising from your use of our Service or any breach of this Agreement.
13. Arbitration
    • Any disputes arising under this Agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration, in accordance with the arbitration rules that Passportmonie subscribes to.
14. Electronic Communications
    • By using our Service, you consent to receiving all communications related to the Service electronically. This includes, but is not limited to, notifications of changes to the Agreement and transaction confirmations.
15. General Terms
    • This Agreement represents the entire understanding between you and Passportmonie regarding the Service. Passportmonie reserves the right to modify or amend this Agreement at any time, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of these changes.
16. Governing Law
    • This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria without regard to conflicts of law principles.
