- Cancellations are accepted, with or without reason, at any stage of your transaction.
- A service fee of 5% is deducted from refunds due to processing costs. The remaining amount is returned to your original payment method.
- Our payment processor’s fee structure necessitates this deduction from your total payment.
- Full refunds, including any Passportmonie fees, are issued only when Passportmonie cancels a transaction.
- To request a refund, email hello[at]usepassport.co with your transaction order number.
- Refunds are processed in 1-2 business days, not including weekends and public holidays.
- Refunds are typically returned to your initial payment method or your Passportmonie Wallet.
- Please allow 2-10 business days for refunds to reflect in your original payment method. This processing time is beyond our control.
- Transactions unresolved or without customer response within 48 hours are deemed canceled, incurring a 6% cancellation fee deducted from the total payment.
